Is there a shipping cost? 

No, we proudly offer complimentary shipping. Larger pieces may be delivered via a freight carrier. We take great care to ensure every order is packaged thoughtfully and securely.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

It is our goal to your piece shipped within 30 business days. If you have question about the status of your order, please email hello@blythbailey.com

Do you offer exchanges and returns?

Your satisfaction is my top priority! While we typically do not accept returns, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. If that happens, I’ll work with you to find a solution. Please note that any additional shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Can I cancel an order? 

After 24 hours, orders are placed into production and therefore cannot be canceled.

Can my order be rushed? 

I will always work with you to make your deadline.  Please email hello@blythbailey.com within 24 hours of placing an order if you are interested in rushed processing.
